Entro software enables automated access to various facilities, such as golf centers, food pickup locations, and other client-designated spaces. This service facilitates seamless entry and operations management for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).

Entro charges fees based on the specific subscription plan or transactional services selected by the user. All applicable fees are part of our subscription agreement with our customers, and are subject to change. Payments are processed through our payment gateway or through third-party gateways as per agreements.

Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their account and payment information.

Users must ensure correct data entry concerning access credentials, company premises, their user and customer/guest information. Entro is not responsible for access issues or data inaccuracies provided by users.

It is the user’s responsibility to maintain a stable internet connection to access our services effectively.

Users are prohibited from misusing Entro’s services. Any illegal activity, including hacking, unauthorized access, or other forms of abuse, will be reported to the authorities.

Entro is not liable for indirect damages or inconveniences caused by user errors, technical failures, or external factors affecting service delivery. This includes, but is not limited to, failures of internet services, hardware malfunctions, or external disruptions.

Entro shall not be held responsible for losses caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters, strikes, or other uncontrollable circumstances.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Iceland. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Reykjavík, Iceland.
