Using ENTRO to automate flow for customer from online order to pickup of high quality food

Food enthusiast and agriculture experts Tjörvi Bjarnason noticed a need in the market. Need from customers for high quality agricultural food as well as need for farmers for someone to tell their stories and help them get their delicacies into consumers hand. Matland was Tjörvi’s answer for both!

The partnership Tjörvi needed to grow the business he found in Hilmar Steinn Grétarsson, Matland’s co-owner. Hilmar’s hard work ethics and business experience have enabled Matland to grow with ever increased success.

How does it work in MATLAND

Matland uses WooCommerce as sales system

Customers place orders online via matland.is website

3.

Once the order is ready customer receives SMS notification, asking them to pick up during short opening hours.

4.

If customer doesn't make the opening hour, he will receive a second SMS with unique access code.

5.

Customers stop by for pickup when it suites them, type in their unique access code at the door, and pick up their delicacies.
